An intriguing quote from a recent retreat. Attunement is part of the spiritual science of kriya yoga. As I said, yoga means union and the kriya yogi continually moves toward attunement and alignment with the Divine. God is within us, as well as being the Life that surrounds us. Our meditation, our study of scripture, our self-discipline are all about removing the restrictions that blind us to that truth.
